RESIDENT BIRDS
This is an option if you do not want to see your bird adopted,
but can no longer care for it at their house. You must pay a monthly
stipend for food and medical expenses, between
$25 to $50.00 depending on the size
of the bird, and
sign a contract that states that if you miss more than
3 months of payments, we can put the bird on our adoption
roles, should we decide to do so.

STEP ONE: Download and complete the application form then fax it to: 815-384-3190 or mail/bring it to A Place to Call Home, 114 N.Main Street, Creston Il 60113. STEP TWO: Once we recieve the application, it goes to our board of directors for approval. If we feel that you need more information/education on owning a parrot, we will require classes be taken prior to approval. STEP THREE: Once approved, you will be allowed to chose a bird and then be required to make 3 visits to bond with your chosen bird. |
